These legal notices are intended to define the conditions under which Peekcell makes the site and its services available, as well as the conditions of access and use of the services by the User. The General Terms of Use are available on the site under the “Terms of Use” section.

The site www.peekcell.fr is published by Peekcell, with a share capital of 5000 euros, registered with the RCS of Evry under number 982 412 504, whose registered office is located at 42 COURS PIERRE VASSEUR 91120 PALAISEAU, France. Email address: contact@peekcell.fr. The Director of publication is: MALKA-MAHIEU Hélène, in her capacity as CEO of Peekcell. In accordance with articles 6-III and 19 of the “Trust in the Digital Economy” Law, these legal notices are brought to the attention of users and visitors of the site. The site was created by: Gwendoline Tallec, CTO of Peekcell. And is hosted by: OVH cloud 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.
Article 2: Site Access
The site www.peekcell.fr gives the User free access to the following services: a presentation of the company and information about a medical solution.
Article 3: Data Collection
The site ensures the User a collection and processing of personal information with respect for privacy in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms. Data may be kept for a maximum period of 5 years after the User’s visit to the site. This data may allow automated decision-making, prevent fraud or respond to regulatory obligations that require this information. In accordance with the “data processing and freedoms” law of January 6, 1978, as amended, the User has a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition to their personal data. To exercise this right, the User can send a message to the company at the following address: dpo@peekcell.fr specifying their last name, first name, email address, postal address or any other contact information.
Article 4: Intellectual Property
Trademarks, logos, signs as well as all site content (texts, images, sound, etc.) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by copyright law.
The Peekcell trademark is a registered trademark of Peekcell. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of this trademark, of whatever nature, is totally prohibited.
The User must request prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication or copy of the various contents. They undertake to use the site contents in a strictly private context. Any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. Any total or partial representation of this site by any means whatsoever, without the express authorization of the operator of the Internet site would constitute counterfeiting sanctioned by article L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. In accordance with article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code, any User who reproduces, copies or publishes protected content must cite the author and their source.

The site www.peekcell.fr does not use any cookies. We have chosen not to use tracking, analytics, or any other type of cookies. No data is collected via cookies during your browsing on our site. You can browse with peace of mind, your privacy is respected by design.

8.2 Data Collected and Purposes
The site www.peekcell.fr is designed with a privacy by design approach. We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the operation of the site and the provision of our services.

- Contact information (last name, first name, email address) when contacting us by email
- Connection data (IP address, connection logs) for security and technical maintenance purposes
Processing purposes:
- Respond to user information requests
- Ensure the security and proper functioning of the site
- Comply with our legal obligations

To exercise your rights, you can send your request by email to contact@peekcell.fr specifying your last name, first name and email address, accompanied by a copy of proof of identity.
We are committed to responding to you within one month of receiving your request.
8.5 Data Recipients
Your personal data is intended for Peekcell’s internal services. It is in no way sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Data may be communicated to third parties only in the following cases:
- To technical service providers for site hosting (OVH cloud)
- To competent authorities upon legal request or judicial order
8.6 Data Transfer Outside EU
Personal data is hosted in France (OVH cloud) and is not subject to any transfer outside the European Union.
8.7 Data Security
Peekcell implements all appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk, in order to protect your data against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access.
8.8 Right to Complaint
If you believe that the processing of your personal data constitutes a violation of applicable regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL):

Article 9: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
French legislation applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution between the parties, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction. For any questions relating to the application of these Terms of Use, you can contact the publisher at the contact details listed in ARTICLE 1.
